Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were luxurious and clean, with high ceilings that made them feel incredibly spacious. The snack-filled honor bar and mini-fridge stocked with sodas, beer, and mini bottles were a great touch. The service was top-notch, with the staff being motivated, well-trained, and always ready to help. The location was superb, surrounded by public art, great restaurants, and interesting stores. The dining experience was good, although a bit pricey for the portion sizes. Overall, a fantastic hotel with just a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. The staff was excellent and went the extra mile to make my stay great, shoutout to Idah at the restaurant bar. However, the room service experience was not ideal with incorrect orders and billing issues. Despite these minor hiccups, I would consider staying here again.
The hotel provides a great city view and offers enjoyable facilities including a bowling alley, shuffleboard, and basketball court. The service was mixed with accommodating staff but encounters with a surly desk clerk. The location is vibrant with nearby attractions, yet some disturbances due to recent closures. The dining experience was satisfactory but with room for improvement in traditional dishes. The overall value for money is decent with notable offerings and amenities.
